Outstanding customer service! To my knowledge I was the first client of the The Mad Dr's Computers & Technology and boy was I overwhelmed with the level of care and customer service. As a beginner to buying and building PCs, I found The Mad Dr's Computers & Technology on Offer Up looking to build for customers. I gave him what I was looking for and within the day he had a PC built at a fair price to me for exactly what I was looking for. He did not overcharge me for anything and in fact figured out how to reduce my cost for some parts. Even after my purchase, he helped guide me through setup troubles over the phone. Overall I had a great experience and will be back for more along with recommending others. 10/10.
